ISW was pleased to attend the Tasmanian ICT Awards the evening of Friday 14th and were even more pleased to take home the award for the Best Implementation of an ICT Solution.
Award Details
ISW put forward our recent project with Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees Limited to implement ISW's Workflow-Xpress solution which is built on Lotus Notes & Domino. Workflow-Xpress has enabled Tasmanian Perpetual Trustees Limited to re-engineer many of the companies business processes enabling continued improvements in areas such as customer service and business process efficiencies. ISW would like to thank TPTL for their joint vision of what we could achieve with Workflow-Xpress. The project involved the full implementation of Workflow-Xpress including the Action Bucket component for human task processing.
Workflow-Xpress continues to grow as a product and we are very excited about the success we have had throughout Australia. We are continuing to grow the products customer base and by winning this award it confirms that we are on the right track.
ISW was also nominated as a finalist for the "Innovative ICT Product or Service" award category for Workflow-Xpress.
